I was playing on Polyvore and came across this picture of Lauren Conrad which inspired me to create this set.  I'm really into the skirt trend right now and she is one celebrity  that seems to rock this trend often. It has everything I love...a crisp white v-neck tee, turquoise jewelry and of course, the always needed Starbucks!

If I Had a Place For It....

So Anthropologie has AMAZING "stuff" (I can't even think of a good worked to describe it), but I look at the website daily and just wish I could afford some of the items.  I usually go for the kitchen/ bedding/ bath sections....and then the jewelry too, but I saw this last night and if I had $4,000 laying around, this would be mine.

Decisions, Decsions....

I am in need of new bedding.  I love color and I need a change.  I love my current bedding, but we have had in our bedroom since we got married.  I don't want to get rid of it, just want something BRIGHT and COLORFUL for this spring/summer.  I have it narrowed down to 2 options.  The first is a duvet cover from Pottery Barn (its on SALE too), but I would have to buy a basic down comforter (I found an inexpensive one at Target) and the second is a quilt from Anthropologie.  I have always had comforters so a quilt could be a good change for the hot summer months, but I just can't decide.  First is the Pottery Barn option.

Happy Mother's Day!

This is SO true!

I hope everyone has a fabulous Mother's Day....take time today especially to really appreciate your mom.  I have learned SO much from my mother and could not imagine where I would be now or my life without her.  I am not a mom myself but my sister is and seeing how great she is as a mother only speaks to how amazing my mother is.  You know what they say....you learn from how your were raised!  I Love You Mom!!!
